What to tell us
- A mistake in a word, a picture, a sentence or a story: please say which topic or story it is in.
- A problem with the app: tell us the device and browser you use and what happened.
- An idea: a topic, a game or a level you would like to see.
- A privacy question: see the Privacy Policy first; it answers the most common ones.
Before you write
Many questions are answered in the "Questions parents ask" part of the home page: accounts, saving progress, devices, using the app without the internet and Vietnamese meanings.
Please do not send a child's full name, photo or other personal details. We do not need them to help you.
